Simone Biles
Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born March 14, 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. In the 2016 Olympics at Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at a single Games and she was the first gymnast in history to win three consecutive all-around world championships (2013-15). Biles was born within Spring Texas, in the Houston metro region. Her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone's interest in gymnastics began when she was just six years old, during a trip with her group of daycare children to Bannon Gymnastix. Simone remained under Aimee Borman's guidance from 2011. Biles has won the gold and bronze medals in the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 on the floor and vault before her debut in 2011 at the top section of the competition. She was the most dominant in her sport just two years later. Biles made headlines for her constant performance her enthusiastic attitude as well as the amount of difficulty that she included throughout each competition--vault, uneven bars as well as balance beams and ground exercises.
