Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She was 17 years old when she earned her Pro Card. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old She was awarded her professional card. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel paused her career for six years to pursue the education she wanted to pursue. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to stage in the year 2015. It was the same as when she was in prior events, such as the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued over the course of several years following her debut, setting new targets for herself every year. As of the year 2009's end she won four additional fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to get her college degree. In October 2015 with her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Professional in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The final result was that she was 3rd overall at the event. In June of 2016, she was named the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to take part in Fitness Olympia. In the space of three months, Ariel was on the podium at the Olympia and came in 6th place in the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel declares she was more than proud of the result. When you consider she had to fight against some of the top competitors. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups with a machine in addition to bent-over row. She warms up before moving towards her sets. Ariel prefers to make the most of her time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all the back exercises she does, doing 3 or 4 supersets that range from 10-12 repetitions. This similar routine two times per week. One day would be light weight day, the other heavy weight day.
